Hallmark offers an online Tenant Portal where you can access your account 24/7. This helps save you time and paper. You can view your account and make your rental payments online at no fee. Save your account information and log in each month to pay or simply sign up for monthly deductions. You may also use the portal to communicate with Hallmark Property Management or put in your notice to vacate. The portal allows you to put in work orders and track the progress of each work order. E-mail notifications help remind you about payments, keep you up to date with your outstanding work orders and notify you if Hallmark replies to a question you asked. Each lease and other documentation you sign will be posted to your tenant portal for easy access.
Hallmark strives to keep constant contact with each of their tenants to make sure their needs are taken care of. We provide semi-annual inspections so that maintenance is sure to be addressed and completed. Hallmark provides tenants with monthly newsletters that include helpful tips and reminders and details about events happening around you.
Tips for renters:
Tenant is responsible for changing air conditioning filters and light bulbs in the home. You are also responsible for disconnecting water hoses before weather reaches freezing temperatures. No alterations of the property may be made without consent of owner’s representative.
You must notify our office thirty days prior to your move out date. In order to make sure you have the best chance of receiving your full security deposit back please make sure you follow the directions of our Move-Out Instructions found below.
