Meet Our Team
For over 25 years, Jay has worked in the real estate/property management industry. It all started with property liquidation for a few central banks in the area. It shortly turned into him owning rental units and flipping houses. His passion for the industry grew from being a Realtor and Associate Broker to Managing Broker for three companies. Jay brings invaluable experience from an investor perspective and his years of experience in the industry.
Over twenty years ago, Alison was going into nursing school. A friend who was a realtor talked her into getting her license. She convinced her she could do nursing and real estate simultaneously. It wasn't until shortly after that Alison found tremendous success in real estate and moved into the property management side of the industry. The relational aspect of real estate kept her in the industry. Alison brings tremendous knowledge, energy, and years of experience to the team.
Twelve years ago, Tanya became interested in property management through her daughter, who worked for a property management company. Tanya started as a secretary and moved into maintenance supervisor and property manager assistant. Tanya is the backbone of the company. Her gift for problem-solving creates an excellent experience for tenants and owners.
Mandi brings over nine years of experience in accounting, real estate sales, investments, and bookkeeping. Property management fell into Mandi's lap. Her appeal to problem-solving and interpersonal skills drew her into the industry. She brings an invaluable gift of systems, details, and knowledge.
Fourth generation and fresh to the industry, Brayden is passionate about seeing how owners can make the most money. His experience overseeing and managing family investments has prepared him to treat our owners equally. Brayden brings fresh eyes and a creative way to manage owners' assets.
